...and so it begins

Well. I've finally committed myself to this trip. I handed in my notice on Friday, put a deposit on my plane ticket today, and am posting my application for a UK passport tomorrow. I'm both petrified and thrilled. Looking forward to the future, and dreading it at the same time.
